Carolers Bring Blessings
All over the world carolers, dressed in the robes of the Holy Three Kings, bring the blessing “Christus mansionem benedicat – Christ bless this house” to the people. This past Saturday they also stopped at Germany’s Europa-Park: Around 100 children and teenagers from Germany, France and Switzerland sang on the open-air stage in the Italian theme area of the park before writing down the blessing in front of the entrance to “Voletarium”. Under this year’s motto “Bring a blessing, be a blessing. We belong together – in Peru and worldwide”, donations were collected for more than 1,500 different aid projects around the world.
This coming weekend (12th & 13th January) Europa-Park will open its doors again, welcoming visitors to a “winter wonderland”. This year’s summer season starts on April 6th. (eap)
