China: New Flying Theater in Changsha to Open in June 2018

A new flying theater attraction is currently under development at The Tongguan Kiln International Cultural and Tourism Center in the Chinese city of Changsha, with an opening scheduled for June 2018. Visitors will have the opportunity to “fly” over scenic highlights and historical sites in the Hunan province.

The new attraction, which was commissioned by the Chinese Macrolink Group, will be operated under the name of “Beautiful Hunan” (cf. EAP, 1/18). Canada’s CAVU Designwerks has taken over the role as global integrator and is responsible for the flying theater’s media content, AV equipment, programming and attraction design. (eap)
