Denmark: Universe Science Park Expands Visitor Offer with New VR Bumper Car Attraction

The Universe Science Park in Denmark will launch a new VR Bumper Cars attraction this season, which combines classic bumper car fun with a Virtual Reality experience. The attraction, which was developed by Germany’s VR Coaster in cooperation with SPREE Interactive and realized at Erlebnispark Schloss Thurn for the first time (cf. EAP news of 17 Apr 2019), will be installed at the Danish park with the license by VR Coaster.

The VR Bumper Cars will feature the new “Cyber Blaster” game content by Spree (cf. EAP news of 18 Mar 2021) and the cars will again be supplied by I.E. Park Soli Car from Italy. Up to 20 guests will be able to experience the new attraction at the same time.

In addition, Universe Science Park will open its new fire-themed edutainment zone this season, a new visitor experience created to raise awareness for the topic of fire hazards (cf. EAP news of 2 Oct 2020). (eap)
