Efteling Bosrijk: Bungalow Park for Efteling

The foundation stone for the "Efteling Bosrijk" bungalow park in Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands, was laid on the 16th of September. The current investment volume for the construction of the facility and its infrastructure runs at approximately 27 million euros. For starters, bungalows, apartments and cottages providing approximately 1,000 beds are to be built. The number of beds is to then be significantly increased throughout further construction phases. A water garden is also to be installed in the centre of the 17-hectare large park. Investments totalling around 46 million euros are anticipated. The first bungalows should be ready to welcome holiday guests sometime within the next year. (eap)
