England: Big Blue Hotel at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Receives Travellers‘ Choice Award as Second Best Family Hotel UK

The four-star Big Blue Hotel, which is located next to Blackpool Pleasure Beach pier park, was voted second best family hotel in the UK in the course of this year’s “Travellers’ Choice Awards” evaluation conducted by TripAdvisor. The prize, which is based on reviews and opinions of travelers and takes into account value for money, customer experience and overall comments, is awarded to the Big Blue Hotel for the second time in a row.

Hotel Director Martin Jackson proudly comments, “We are honoured to once again be named the second best family hotel in the UK in the 2019 Travellers’ Choice Awards. It’s great news for the team here at the Big Blue, Pleasure Beach and for Blackpool as a whole. In order to extend the capacity for overnight guests, a new second hotel is set to open this spring at Blackpool Pleasure Beach: The Boulevard will offer 120 rooms (including ten suites), dining and conference facilities. (eap)
