Europa-Park: Michael Kreft von Byern Elected New Chairman of DIHK Tourism Committee

The representative of the executive board of the Europa-Park, Michael Kreft von Byern, was recently elected Chairman of the Tourism Committee of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). This committee is made up of top reps appointed by the chambers of industry and commerce, especially from medium-sized tourism companies in Germany. The broad range of tourism offers at the Europa-Park was decisive for the committee’s chair. In its more than 30 years of existence, the park has become one of the largest hotel resorts and gastronomic outlets in Germany. (eap)
