Europe’s Most Beautiful Waterpark Celebrates 2nd Anniversary
In mid-September, Tenerife’s Siam Park celebrated its 2nd anniversary. Siam Park, by many referred to as Europe’s most beautiful themed waterpark, was opened in the South of the Canary Island in September 2008 and inaugurated by the Thai Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Since then, the waterpark welcomed about two million visitors. The reasons for its success are not only the waterpark’s location and theming, but also its amazing attractions. Only this summer saw the addition of the brand new waterslide “Kinnaree” and the children’s slide zone “Sawasdee” (see our detailed report in EAP issue 5/2012). Congrats! (eap)
