Filderstadt/Germany: Fildorado Expands Wellness Area

Filderstadt, Germany’s Sport- und Badezentrum Fildorado swimming pool complex started contruction for the expansion of their sauna and wellness areas. A new, appealing entrance area for the sauna area, new changing rooms as well as an additional steam bath, a panorama sauna and another relaxation room will be built accordingly. A roof-top terrace and an open-air lawn for sunbathing are also part of the expansion plan. The total investment sum for the expansion including 127 new parking places amounts to 4.4 million Euros. The design for the expansion was created by the architecture firm Kaufmann Theilig & Partner from Ostfildern. (eap)
