Film Prize for ZOOM Erlebniswelt Gelsenkirchen

At this year’s WorldMediaFestival in Hamburg, Alaska Ice Adventure, a film about the breathtaking trip of an ice floe through the Arctic sea, was awarded the Intermedia Globe Gold prize. The award-winning film created by the Munich-based multimedia agency INTER/AKTION is shown daily to visitors of the ZOOM Erlebniswelt (world of adventure) Alaska. The overall re-launch ranging from the Ruhr Zoo to the ZOOM Erlebniswelt in Gelsenkirchen is also proceeding according to plans. Now that the Alaskan themed area was completed last year, the African area is also finished and scheduled to open on 20 July 2006. (eap)
