France: New Management Team at Parc Astérix
France’s Parc Astérix has recently appointed a new management team, consisting of Nicolas Kremer, Guy Vassel and Sébastien Retailleau. As the amusement park announced, Nicolas Kremer will assume the role of managing director, which was previously carried out by Pascal Fliche. Kremer, aged 57, joined Parc Astérix in 2014 by taking over the position of operations manager. Previously, he had held different roles at Futuroscope for 15 years.
Kremer’s deputy is Guy Vassel, aged 52, who is responsible for the marketing, communication and sales departments. Vassel also has been part of the Parc Astérix team since 2014. Among other occupations, he had supported Disneyland Paris’ marketing and communication department for 15 years during his career.
The park’s new operations manager Sébastien Retailleau has been appointed as the second deputy director. He joined Parc Astérix in July last year as reception manager. Previously, the 46-year-old Retailleau had spent 15 years working for Parc du Puy du Fou and several years for Futuroscope. (eap)
