GB: Picsolve Applies the Emergency Brake

Due to the still lasting lockdown of leisure facilities and attractions, Picsolve, the British provider of digital photography solutions for theme parks and attractions, entered an unprecedented situation with significant cash pressure. Most of the company’s approx. 160 permanent staff and over 450 seasonal and casual workers had been furloughed.
Therefore the company has now applied the “emergency brake” and appointed consulting and financial advisory company Deloitte with the search for potential buyers for the firm. Deloitte is seeking a buyer for all or parts of the business to allow it to continue its operations. (eap)
