Germany: Again Two Michelin Stars for “Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant“ at Europa-Park Resort

On 5 March, the Guide MICHELIN Germany announced its selection of this year’s best restaurants in the country during a digital event. For the seventh time in a row, “Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant“, which is located in the lighthouse of the four-star Bell Rock superior hotel, was awarded two Michelin stars for the culinary creations of chef Peter Hagen-Wiest. This recognition means that the restaurant in the Bell Rock hotel, which is part of the Europa-Park Resort, continues to be one of the top addresses for culinary delights in Germany.
Another high-class cuisine destination is currently under development at the Europa-Park Resort: In autumn this year, Eatrenalin, the “restaurant of the future“, is scheduled to open to take guests on a culinary journey. The concept, created by diploma hotelier Thomas Mack (Managing Partner of Europa-Park) and Oliver Altherr (Managing Director of Mövenpick Marché) envisages the creation of themed halls, equipped with media technology and other effects and connected through a ride system. Sitting at their tables, guests will be transported through the different sceneries in order to experience a wide range of gourmet delights. (eap)
