Germany: CV Entertainment Launches New Crowd- & Queue-Management Software “AliudQ“

Founded in 2017, Germany’s CV Entertainment company, which is specialized in concept development, props and special effects for attractions, has launched “AliudQ”, a new software and app to support leisure attractions with crowd and queue management.

The cloud-based system monitors data related to queue lines in real time and collects customer feedback. The software analyzes this data to accelerate and customize the performance of park staff and queues. It is available as a backend solution but also features a mobile app for guests, enabling them to reserve time slots on attractions during their visit.

There are also compatible hardware solutions such as sensors or turnstiles that can work in combination with the software or independently. (eap)
