Germany: Fursten Forest Outdoor Action Park Closes Its Doors – Inventory up for Bid in Online Auction
The Fursten Forest outdoor action park, which was started eight years ago by two Dutch entrepreneurs in the Lower Saxon village of Fürstenau (Germany) on the site of a former military training area, is closing its doors permanently. With a diverse range of activity offerings such as off-road driving with jeeps, buggies or quads, paintball, laser tag, karting and more, the park stood for “action in nature”.
According to local media reports, the park has meanwhile been sold to a businessman from Lower Saxony who plans to roll out a new concept for the use of the park area. The complete inventory of Fursten Forest is up for auction online at Troostwijk Auctions until 7 pm on 30 March 2022. Items on offer include the various vehicles, but also a photo booth, paintball sets, wheel loaders, utility vehicles, special tools and more. (eap)
