Germany: German Showman Association’s Annual Delegates’ Conference in Bonn

Today, the members of the German Showman Association (G.: “Deutscher Schausteller Bund e.V.”) come together in the city of Bonn to discuss union-political issues and future perspectives of the world’s largest showman association in section meetings, working circles and committees. Under the motto “We stand together” (G.: “Wir stehen zusammen”), the conference is held until Saturday this week. Current topics such as safety on fairgrounds are a major focus at this year’s conference.

The traditional mass rally is scheduled for today, 4 p.m., and will be attended by guests out of politics, economy and administration. A framework program has been organized for the participating members at the Maritim Hotel in Bonn. This year’s Delegates’ Conference marks the official beginning of the celebrations of the fair’s 650^th anniversary next year. (eap)
