Germany: NUSSER Group & ODM Street Furniture Complete Merger Process

Since 2014, Germany’s ODM Stadtmöbel GmbH (ODM Street Furniture), which is specialized in high-quality equipment made of stainless steel and bright metal – has been forming part of the family-run NUSSER Group, the manufacturer of wooden street furniture also based in Germany. Since the acquisition, customers of both companies have been benefitting from an extended product portfolio with a wide range of material and design options.

Due to structural and brand-strategic considerations and in order to further strengthen the competitiveness of their products on the market, the ODM management decided to completely merge with the NUSSER Group as of January 2019. Sales of ODM products has been completely integrated into the NUSSER headquarters in Winnenden/Baden-Wuerttemberg, production takes place at the NUSSER plant in Waldbroel/North Rhine-Westphalia, leading to increased efficiency of the operating processes.
