Germany: New Scandinavian-Themed Suites Expand Accommodation Capacity at Europa-Park’s Krønasår-Hotel
With the new “Boutique Suites”, the Europa-Park Resort hotel Krønasår (category of 4-star superior) expands its existing capacity with new, luxurious accommodation options. Seven of the eleven new suites have been themed after Nordic regions. For example, the new premium presidential suite “Zealand” aims to transport guests to Denmark’s largest island, providing an exclusive ambience. As is the “Zealand” suite, also the further Scandinavian-themed suites are all equipped with a private and either a spacious balcony or terrace with a direct view onto the Rulantica water world. The two suites “Skanden” (a mountain range in Scandinavia) and “Lappland” can be connected with each other by a door.
To round off the luxurious short break experience, a new 160-square-meter infinity pool has also been created in the hotel’s outdoor area, to which the new suites have direct access. The expansion of Krønasår’s accommodation offering – which also includes four themed suites inspired by the soon-to-open fine dining, multisensory gastronomic experience “Eatrenalin” (read more about it in our Nov/Dec issue) – and pool landscape was spearheaded by architect, authorized signatory and Europa-Park shareholder Ann-Kathrin Mack.
