Germany: phaeno Science Center Opens Interactive Exhibition on the Human Body

A new and interactive special exhibition on the human body can be experienced by visitors at Wolfsburg’s phaeno science center from September 10th this year until February 11th, 2018.
Under the German title “Manometer! – Die unglaubliche Ausstellung über deinen Körper” (Eng.: “Manometer! – The incredible exhibition on your body”) the special exhibition invites guests to experience how the human body performs day-to-day. At more than 30 different experimental stations the functionality of our organs like heart, lungs, eyes, muscles and nerves can be tested. The objective is to answer some interesting questions: How much air do we breathe in and out? Do we percept a second always the same? Can we estimate weights and measures correctly?
The special exhibition, which is on loan from the Swiss Science Center Technorama, follows the phaeno slogan “try out, test and wonder!” (German: “ausprobieren, testen und staunen!”). (eap)
