Groundbreaking Ceremony of Adventure World Warsaw

The beginning of the construction works of Adventure World Warsaw (AWW) in Poland (we reported in EAP 5/2011) will be officially celebrated today. According to the investor, the AWW will be the largest destination resort in Central-Eastern Europe. The first construction phase of the resort, which will encompass a theme park with over 25 attractions, two themed hotels, a waterpark as well as an entertainment village, required an investment sum of 400 million Euros. The opening of the whole resort initiated by the investor group Las Palm is now scheduled for 2015. (eap)
