Hansa Park Offers Overnight Accommodations Starting in 2008

In special view of the main target groups in Schleswig-Holstein, families with children and “best agers”, the Hansa Park has started construction on a holiday residence facility. Luxuriously furnished holiday homes are being planned, which will have a Scandinavian theme and equally combine comfort and cosiness. At the Baltic Sea bathing resort of Sierksdorf, a holiday park at a gorgeous beach location with an unusual view of the Baltic Sea coast will be created with the construction of the beach park “Lübecker Bucht”. Once construction is completed, rentals will be managed by the company SARCON, one of the largest providers of holiday parks in northern Europe with over 80 facilities. Based on the drafts by the Staehr architectural firm of Berlin, 8 bungalows, 56 duplexes and 40 townhouses will be built by spring 2008 with a total investment volume of 12 million euros. (eap)
