Merlin Entertainments Extends Ticketing Partnership with accesso through 2026
With its subsidiary Merlin Attractions Operations Ltd, the UK-based Merlin Entertainments Group has extended its existing partnership with accesso Technology Group – the provider of ticketing and e-commerce solutions for attractions and leisure venues with offices worldwide – through to August 2026. The agreement includes a total of 113 Merlin attractions in 19 countries (continuing) to use the “accesso Passport®“ ticketing suite to optimise both on-site operations and their respective eCommerce operations. Specifically, the solution includes modules such as on-site sales, season ticket management and third-party sales management, as well as simplified access control. For guests to the respective Merlin attractions, the visitor experience will be intuitive and seamless – from the selection of tickets and the advance purchase of parking passes to the advance booking of F&B offers, the reservation of prams and much more. On the operator side, it also offers the possibility to offer revenue-boosting up-sell & cross-sell opportunities across the entire customer journey, as accesso communicates.
