Morbihan/France: A New Family Park Opened in Brittany
The new Kingoland in the French municipality of Plumelin, located in Brittany (Morbihan), was opened for the first time last Saturday, 19 April 2014. Kingoland is a new, eight hectare large family amusement park featuring the three theme areas “space”, “cars” and “pirates”. Attractions include among others the “Apollo Coaster” roller coaster, the children’s roller coaster “Speed Chenille”, the “Kingo Express” train, a wave swinger, a swing boat as well as trampolines and bouncy castles. Visitors can have lunch at a picnic area, grab a snack at the snack bar or enjoy food inside the park’s restaurant. Owner Dominique Le Roux expects around 100,000 visitors p.a. at Kingoland. (eap)
