NL: Lagotronics Gets US Patent for “GameChanger“ Dark Ride System

For its "GameChanger" interactive dark ride system, Dutch Lagotronics company has now received the patent in the USA. “After having been awarded with several patents for our unique interactive technology and devices, the GameChanger is the first complete attraction Lagotronics Projects has received a patent for. The ride concept consists of a rotating platform transporting guests through several game sceneries, in which they stop in front of a screen and use their interactive shooters to hit 3D targets in order to collect points. The GameChanger system, which was introduced in the leisure industry market in 2016 (see EAP 5/2016), has already been granted a patent for in the Netherlands – further patent applications in Europe and China are pending.
