Netherlands: Floriade 2022 Decides on Ticketing System

From April 14 to October 9, 2022, the Dutch city of Almere (province of Flevoland) will host the seventh edition of the Floriade (cf. EAP news of 23 Oct 2019). The international horticultural expo takes places in the Netherlands every ten years, the last time it was held in Venlo in 2012 (cf. EAP 3/2012). As was announced recently, the organisers of Floriade 2022 have entered into a strategic agreement with accesso Technology Group plc to implement the technology provider‘s ticketing solution for the event.

Specifically, the cloud-based, fully hosted ticketing suite “accesso Passport“ will be used for ticket distribution around the Floriade and its many events and experiences. Since July of this year, people can already have a sneak peek at what is to come at the planned exhibition in a preview center on the Floriade grounds. (eap)
