Netherlands: This is Holland Celebrates Grand Opening Today

Following a soft opening phase of several months, today will see the grand opening of This is Holland – The Flight Experience in the capital city of Amsterdam. The centerpiece of the new attraction, which has already been in operation since October last year, is a flying theater (from Brogent), which enables guests to soar over Dutch landscapes. The eight-minute long flight experience is complemented by two pre-show areas where visitors can learn more about the country‘s history, culture and people. The new building is located between ADAM Tower and EYE Filmmuseum on the northern shore of the IJ river.
