New: Super Wings Water Playground Opens at Plopsa Holiday Park

(eap) 3, 2, 1 … Splash! Today will see the official opening of a new “Super Wings”-themed water playground at Holiday Park in Haßloch, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Surprising water effects, interactive play elements, four water slides for the whole family (“Dizzy Slide”, “Donnie Slide”, “Jett Slide” and “Jerome Race”) as well as the characters of the animated hit series Super Wings, which is especially popular with children, are waiting to be explored by visitors in the lovingly designed water play area. The new attraction was located adjacent to the themed area “The Beach”, so that parents and other adult companions can enjoy a drink at the nearby “Beach Bar” while the children are playing.

The new attraction was implemented by the Dutch company iPlay Water Attractions, whose expertise the Belgian Plopsa Group has already successfully relied on in similar projects: A Super Wings water playground was also realized by this company in the outdoor areas of the Polish parks Majaland Kownaty and Majaland Warsaw (cp. EAP 4/2021).

For next year, Holiday Park has announced a new themed ride based on the TV series “The Smurfs”. In order to increase the anticipation for the new attraction, a preview center has been set up in the park, which already provides guests with exciting details about the new family attraction. ■
