New “Peanuts” Entertainment Show on NASA History Premieres This Month at Kennedy Space Center

March 24 marks the premiere of the new “Peanuts” edutainment show at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Called “All Systems Are Go”, the new show was produced by the Montreal-based production company Monlove. It will be shown in the facility’s 300-seat “Universe Theater”. Dolby Atmos sound, more than 20 integrated laser projectors and an electronic mix of orchestral, contemporary and jazz music created especially for the show are expected to give visitors a unique take on NASA’s history in 20-minutes. It will feature Peanuts characters such as “Snoopy” and “Charlie Brown” in the form of four-to-five-foot (1.20- to 1.50-meter) puppets.

“We have been working hard to make sure that our multi-generational appeal extends to our youngest space explorers,” Therrin Protze, COO of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, said.  “This new show will delight guests of all ages as it features the loveable Peanuts characters and Snoopy, who has contributed to the excitement for NASA human spaceflight missions for more than 50 years.” (eap)
