New at Germany’s Schwaben Park – Climbing Hot Air Balloon & Café Sam
For 50 years now, Schwaben Park, located between Heilbronn and Stuttgart in Southern Germany, has been providing leisure fun to young and old. As Managing Director Thomas Hudelmaier revealed to EAP already at the beginning of the year (see EAP 2/2022), a 14-meter-high climbing structure inside a hot air balloon expands the park’s offerings as of this summer. Inside the balloon, which was supplied by Berliner Seilfabrik, guests can discover a huge climbing net.
And the all-new restaurant offer “Café Sam” is now also open to guests. The former tiger enclosure was transformed into a restaurant with around 120 seats. Here, various coffee specialties, homemade waffles, ice cream, cold drinks and other treats are served.
By the way, for guests who want to extend their stay, the park also offers overnight accommodations in its own holiday village, the “Swabian Village”. (eap)
