Novelties 2023 at Freizeit-Land Geiselwind

At Freizeit-Land Geiselwind amusement park & resort, there are several novelties for visitors to discover in the current season. The former “T-REX World” has been equipped with new effects, an extended walkway as well as its own soundtrack and from now on takes guests on a mystical and colourful journey under the name “Isola Magica”. In addition, two new attractions await park visitors in the “Forbidden Kingdoms” area. One is “Mjölnir”, a pendulum ride from Italian manufacturer Zamperla, which is not for the faint-hearted with a height of 50 meters. And the other is the family-friendly attraction “Yigdrasil” from the likewise Italian manufacturer Gosetto. This attraction is set in a Nordic church, where passengers ride in gondolas equipped with shooting devices around a large tree (Magic Tree) on which glowing coloured targets flash, which guests must hit to score points. Also new to the park is “YULLBE Go Geiselwind”, featuring six different VR adventures. The experience from Mack One is located at the front of the park area and can be experienced both by day guests and after park closing by resort guests.

In addition, the overnight offerings at the Seaside Resort (cp. EAP 6/2022), opened last year, have also been enhanced with some new features. For example, guests can look forward to a new pirate-style adventure mini-golf course and two large adventure playgrounds. In addition, the sauna barrels, which are located behind the restaurant “Seeblick” go into operation. (eap)
