Parques Reunidos: New Owner of Movie Park Germany

Parques Reunidos is the new owner of Movie Park Germany in Bottrop. Palamon Capital Partners (PCP) have owned the Movie Park since 2004. Parques Reunidos is known as the operator of 68 parks and attractions in Europe and in the U.S. – amongst others of the Bobbejaanland in Belgium, Mirabilandia in Italy and Parque Warner in Spain. Both parties maintain silence about the purchasing price. Richard Golding, Director of the Parques Reunidos Group, seems to be comfortable with the deal and is happy about „entering the German market with such a strong business”. (eap)
