Parques Reunidos to Operate motiongate and Bollywood Parks in Dubai

Dubai Parks & Resorts, a Meraas Holding company, which is currently developing several theme park projects in Dubai (cf. EAP news from Oct 17, 2014), recently announced the appointment of Spain-based operator group Parques Reunidos as park operators for motiongate™ Dubai and Bollywood Parks™ Dubai. Parques Reunidos will operate and manage the two parks as part of a management contract. “We are very pleased to join hands with Dubai Parks and Resorts and oversee the operations at its unique evolving theme based entertainment destinations. The Middle East region offers exciting prospects for the leisure and entertainment industry, and we have been planning our regional foray for some time now […],” explains Yann Caillère, CEO of Parques Reunidos.
