Pascal Ferracci Takes Over as New CEO of Center Parcs Europe

In October, Pascal Ferracci was named new CEO of Center Parcs Europe, a subsidiary of listed Pierre et Vacances-Center Parcs Group. He succeeds Mark Haak Wegmann, who had been at the helm of Center Parcs Europe for over five years and who is owner and Director of the M2 Leisure consulting agency. Ferracci has also become new Chairman of the Center Parcs Europe board, reporting to Martine Balouka-Vallette, the Group’s Director General for Tourism.

The 49-year-old holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from Audencia Business School, France. In 1991, Ferracci began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (pwc) auditing firm, in 1996 he joined the financial management of French credit insurer Coface. In 2000, Ferracci took over the role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Pierre et Vacances-Center Parcs, before he moved to the Netherlands where he worked for Center Parcs Europe in the fields of finance and revenue management. In 2010 he became the group’s Finance, Operations and Service Manager, from January 2017 he had been serving as Deputy Managing Director of Center Parcs Europe.

In collaboration with my management team and with the support of the group’s various tourism departments, we will be launching far-reaching initiatives aimed at introducing a customer-oriented culture of innovation focused on satisfaction,” comments Pascal Ferracci on Center Parcs Europe’s future objectives.
