Phantasialand Welcomes Its Guests to Summer Season

Every year, Germany’s Phantasialand in Brühl (near Cologne) attracts numerous visitors with its line-up of signature rides, including the “F.L.Y.” Flying Dutchman coaster (Vekoma), the “Taron” multi-launch coaster and the “Chiapas” water ride (both from Intamin), as well as with smaller family attractions in uniquely themed worlds. New this year is the “Battle of the Best” show at the “Silverado Theatre”: an artistic showdown of trampoline vs. basketball awaits guests. In addition, the “Rock on Ice” ice show staged in the “Arena de Fiesta” received an impressive new video backdrop (LED wall) and a new lighting design.

Most recently, Phantasialand’s Asian-themed Hotel Ling Bao was awarded the “4-Star Superior” hotel category by the DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association). This was preceded by extensive renovation works. Among other measures, exclusive new offers have been created, such as a new wellness area with a pool landscape, a tecladarium, an infrared sauna and a salarium. New luxurious suites also invite guests to stay at Hotel Ling Bao. (eap)
