Pia Adlivankin & Andreas Andersen Join Supervisory Board of Momentum Leisure
Verstärkung für Momentum Leisure: Pia Adlivankin & Andreas Andersen
The Dutch-Polish development company Momentum Leisure (belonging to the investment company Momentum Capital) has added two new members to its Supervisory Board: Since 1st February, Pia Adlivankin (General Manager & CEO of Helsinki, Finland’s Linnanmäki theme park) and Andreas Andersen (CEO & President of Gothenburg, Sweden’s Liseberg Group) are part of the Supervisory Board.
In almost five years, Momentum Leisure, which was founded back in 2008, developed three theme parks in Poland (in collaboration with Belgium’s Plopsa Group): the flagship park Majaland Kownaty (1.5 hours’ drive from Berlin), Majaland Warsaw, which was opened in 2022, and Majaland Gdansk, which is currently under construction on the Polish Baltic coast. In the future, Momentum Leisure aims to build seven more theme and water parks in Central Europe in order to grow – in cooperation with well-known brands from the leisure and entertainment industry. Reason enough to strengthen its supervisory board with new personnel.
In addition to the two new members, both of whom have been active in the amusement park industry for many years and are well known and networked within it, the supervisory board of Momentum Leisure consist of the following members: Jeroen Beckers (Chairman), Rory van 't Schip and Christian Gyasi.
