Plohn/Germany: Freizeitpark Plohn Starts into the Season with Great Spring Festival

From April 17-27, 2014, Germany’s Freizeitpark Plohn (Saxony) starts into the new season with a great spring festival. An “Easter egg hunt” and many small surprises throughout the park await visitors these days. Moreover, visitors familiar with the park will discover many small new features and changes within the park, such as the new location of the existing “Funny Boats” ride, newly realized ponds and a new burger restaurant at the park’s Western town. A new children’s see-saw ship ride was added to the park’s portfolio for the current season. But guests of the family-oriented amusement park must be patient for a while until they will be able to enjoy the next new major attraction at Freizeitpark Plohn: 2015 will see the opening of “Miniwah und das Geheimnis von Gold Creek City” (roughly: Miniwah and the secret of Gold Creek City), the park’s newest indoor attraction, which is currently being built in the former riding hall, where it will be part of a completely new theme area.
