Poland: A Four-Star Hotel to Complement Park of Poland Leisure Project

As announced earlier this week, Global City Holdings group and Hotel Professionals Management Group have signed a contract for the development of a four-star hotel that will be built as part of the Park of Poland leisure complex, currently under construction in Wręcza near Mszczonów (around 60 km southwest of Warsaw). The agreement forsees Hotel Professional Management Group to provide strategic advisory services during development and construction of the hotel as well as to overtake the management of the hotel once it is open.

Currently under construction, “Suntago Water World“, a modern indoor waterpark, is the first phase of the overall Park of Poland project and now expected to open in the first quarter of 2019 (cf. EAP news f. 02 May 2017). The four-star hotel, which will offer 240 rooms and conference facilities, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2020. “Suntago Water World will be the best place to spend free time with friends and family, seven days a week, all year round,“ said Idan Greidinger, CEO of Park of Poland. „It will attract visitors not only from all over Poland, but also from other European countries. Thus, an integral part of our project is a hotel meeting the highest standards for comfort and guest services. The hotel will also serve as a convenient location for conferences and events of all types.“ (eap)
