ProSlide Opens New Office in Shanghai

With the opening of a new office in Shanghai, China, the Ottawa-based water slide manufacturer ProSlide was able to strengthen its presence in Asia recently. With this move, the company, which has already been represented with a Chinese office in Beijing and another office in Seoul (Korea), reacts to the rapidly growing Asian leisure market. The new office is located in the Shanghai Mart International Trade Center and is managing all aspects of project delivery, including project management, engineering, customer care, and more. “When it comes to the development of water parks, the Asia Pacific region is on fire,” says Ron Chisholm, ProSlide Managing Director, Asia Pacific Operations. “This Shanghai hub allows us to get even closer to our many customers in this area, respond more quickly to their needs and be more fully immersed in their success.” Since their first Asian project in the early 1990s, ProSlide has become a trusted partner to the region’s top water parks.
