Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Opened in Korea

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Jeju Island attraction in South Korea opened at the end of last year. It’s Ripley’s 32nd odditorium attraction worldwide. The exterior of the building, which is located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex at Seogwipo city, is reminiscent of a robot. A sculpture park, a secret garden and twelve themed galleries containing more than 600 exhibits have been installed in the 1,300 square meter large building. Highlights include amongst others the world’s biggest lock of Elvis Presley’s hair as well as a large piece of the fallen Berlin Wall. With 32 wax figures, the new museum has the biggest wax figure collection of all Believe It or Not! museums. (eap)
