Schloss Dankern Starts into Season with New Play Adventures
"Futterkahn" is part of Schloss Dankern's new gastronomic offerings.
(eap) Germany’s Ferienzentrum Schloss Dankern opens the gates to its amusement park from today. In sunny spring weather, guests can conquer the new outdoor playground “Fairy Forest” with six differently themed play towers (by Kinderland Parks).
And with a new maritime themed area, the “Play Harbour”, additional gastronomic offerings and further indoor play options – including a “crawling boat” – have also been created, which can now be discovered (read also our article on the new features at Schloss Dankern in the latest EAP magazine issue).
“We are delighted to be opening the gates of our amusement park to guests again and to be able to surprise them with several new features. We have created numerous new play options that allow children to immerse themselves in imaginative worlds. A new restaurant and additional rest and seating areas in the immediate vicinity fulfill our guests’ desire for even more relaxation areas. We will continue to invest in such facilities,” says Christian Freiherr von Landsberg-Velen, managing director of Ferienzentrum Schloss Dankern in the third family generation. A novelty for next year was recently announced: autonomous tractors – a new product from family ride manufacturer abc Rides – will make their debut in 2026 at the vacation center’s adventure park, which also operates the Topas adventure pool and its own beach section at Lake Dankern. ■
