Schwaben Hotel Ebnisee Opens New Restaurant Area for Guests

(eap) Earlier this year, Schwaben Park in Kaisersbach, Baden-Wuerttemberg (Germany), was able to expand its overnight capacity to a total of over 170 beds with the acquisition of a nearby hotel (we reported on this in our Park Report in EAP 2/2023). So now, in the midst of the beautiful nature of the Swabian Forest, guests can stay at the family-run Schwaben Hotel Ebnisee to relax or enjoy the numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area such as Schwaben Park. After various renovations and refurbishments, the hotel is now opening its new restaurant area, which will be available to guests with its 70 seats from tomorrow (13 May). Whether private parties or business events, the new restaurant – which has been given a rustic but modern design – also offers space for special occasions.

“We are very proud to present this new restaurant area to our guests,” says André Hudelmaier, General Manager of Schwaben Hotel Ebnisee. “This is an important step in positioning our hotel as a premier destination for a relaxing and culinary delightful stay in the region.” The hotel restaurant’s menu offers a wide selection of regional and international dishes, for which only high-quality and fresh ingredients will be used.

At Schwaben Park itself, the opening of a new indoor attraction is scheduled for this summer, and amusement park guests can already look forward to it. ■
