(eap) Tomorrow, Schwaben Park, located in south-west Germany, will start into its new season. The highlight this year will be the opening of the train simulator “Hans Dampf und die total verrückte Weltreise” (Engl.: “Hans Dampf and the Totally Crazy World Trip”), which will open in May 2024 after more than 12 months of construction time. The attraction, which is being realized by the German company aufwind, will take visitors on an expedition through deserts, under the surface of the sea and beyond. “Schwaben Park has always been characterized by its extraordinary innovations,” says André Hudelmaier, Managing Director of Schwaben Park. “With ‘Hans Dampf und die total verrückte Weltreise’, we are setting new standards and offering our guests an experience that they won't find anywhere else in the world.”

Right at the start of the season from April 5 to 7, a special event awaits winter birthday children: they receive free park admission on this weekend. In fall, Schwaben Park will be hosting the “Gespensternächte” (“Ghost Nights”) for the first time. From October 25 to November 3, visitors will be able to experience the park in a spooky atmosphere, including the „Teuflisch gute Hexenparty“ (“Devilishly Good Witches Party”) on November 2. Furthermore, guests can look forward to event weekends in winter. With over 100 illuminated figures and a Christmas market, Schwaben Park will also be a destination for families during the months of November and December as part of a partial opening. ■
