SimEx-Iwerks & Happy Valley Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Intention Agreement

As was recently announced, the Shenzhen-headquartered Happy Valley Group has signed a strategic cooperation intention agreement with US-based SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment. The aim of the partnership is to introduce the manufacturer’s latest 4D cinema technology and other attractions to the theme parks of the group, which is part of the OCT group. This is also expected to help Happy Valley achieve its strategic goal of establishing a “world-class theme park industrial group”. So far, Happy Valley Group has collaborated with SimEx-Iwerks to implement 4D theaters in eight Happy Valley theme parks located in Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Xi’an and one at the Xiangyang Fantasy Valley park in Hubei province.
