Spain: Investment Fund ALBA Akquires New Shares in Parques Reunidos

According to an official announcement of the Spanish investment fund ALBA dated 28th April 2016, the company that forms part of the March Group has acquired a block of shares from the large amusement park operator Parques Reunidos of a total value of 100.1 million Euro. Based on the nominal value of 15.50 Euros per share the fund ALBA is currently holding 8% of the share capital of Parques Reunidos. Beside amusement parks, Parques Reunidos also operates water and animal parks in Europe, the USA and Argentina. (eap)
