Spain: Isla Magica – Takeover Deal Concluded

As was recently announced by France’s Looping Group, the sale of the Isla Magica amusement park in Seville, Spain by Spanish bank La Caixa to the new French operators has now finally been concluded (we reported on this in EAP 2/2013). Laurent Bruloy, CEO of the Looping Group which was founded in 2011, has called the move “…a new beginning for Isla Magica”. The group has also announced extensive expansions of the park’s audiovisual and multimedia features and investments into new attractions and shows. (eap)
