Syx Automations Ltd. to Change Company’s Name to Gantner Ltd.

British software developer Syx Automations, which merged with Austria’s Gantner Technologies in 2017 (cf. EAP, 6/17), will change its company’s name to Gantner Ltd. in order to promote further international growth in the field of access control and ticketing solutions.

Gantner Ticketing will be used as brand name for all activities focusing on ticketing and leisure. The legal entity, management and employees, contracts and obligations, address and banking data of Syx Automations remain unchanged under the new company name. (eap)
