TURM Erlebniscity, Oranienburg: 2007 Tourism Prize

Brandenburg's Minister for Economic Affairs, Ulrich Junghanns, recently awarded the 2007 state award for tourism. The prize is awarded for creativity in tourism services in Brandenburg. The EWA member company TURM Erlebniscity from Brandenburg was the winner in the “Distribution/sales/production“” category for its successful campaign “WM-Baden in der T.U.R.M. Erlebniscity” (world cup swimming at the T.U.R.M. adventure city). This project was the facility’s alternative to the 2006 FIFA World Cup. (eap)
