Two Billion USD Theme Park and Resort Developement in Oklahoma
(eap) American Heartland, an affiliate of Mansion Entertainment Group, has announced the construction of a USD two billion (EUR 1,7 billion) new theme park and resort in northeast Oklahoma. Located west of Grand Lake, just off Route 66, the American Heartland Theme Park and Resort will be implemented in several phases. Construction will begin on a nearly 320-acre campground called “Three Ponies RV Park & Campground” with 750 RV spaces and 300 cabins, designed by Oklahoma architects ADG Blatt and scheduled to open in spring 2025. The theme park resort is expected to open a year later and will provide a 125-acre theme park, a 300-room four-star hotel and an indoor water park.

The American Heartland theme park is expected to entice visitors with a variety of attractions, live shows as well as food and beverage offerings located in six themed areas. Each themed area is designed to take visitors on a journey through American history. Designers of the park include THG, Forrec and Cuningham, who have worked with destinations such as Six Flags, Disney Parks and Universal Studios.
