UK: Multi-Million-Euro-Makeover at „Lowry’s“ Outlet Mall
A great entertainment project by media group ITV and Lifestyle Outlets, who is part of real estate company Peel L&P, is ready to go. Lowry’s outlet mall in Manchester will receive a multi-million-makeover. A unique mix of retail, leisure and entertainment will be created in one and the same place.
The masterplan will incorporate a transformation of the southern waterfront “The Watergardens“ into a 30,000 square feet (2,700 square metres) big vibrant leisure destination offering a new dining concept with a resteraunt terrace and more leisure entertainment, which is going to be an addition to a new brand experience. The first restaurants will be open in summer 2020. More details on the attraction itself are being kept under wraps for now.
