UK: The Experience Department (ted) Welcomes Jake McCoy as New Director of Operations

The UK-based entertainment provider The Experience Department (“ted” for short, since April this year a subsidiary of the US-based RWS Entertainment Group) welcomes Jake McCoy (photo) as new Director of Operations to its management team. McCoy, who also has held a senior position at the Broadway Dreams Foundation, moves from his previous roles at RWS in talent & operations management, video coordination and performer safety to the UK office of ted, where he will work to develop and deliver exceptional full-service entertainment and theatre programmes for clients including Holland-America Line (a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc). Customers of ted also include theme parks, theatres and resort destinations in particular.
