New Management for the SAALEMAXX Leisure and Adventure Pool

(eap) The SAALEMAXX leisure and adventure pool in Rudolstadt (Thuringia, Germany) is getting a new management: Kristin Köferstein-Moritz and Alexander Stemplewitz will form a dual leadership team and take over the position from Susan Zetzmann, who is moving to Bäderland Hamburg on July 1 (see EAP-News of 23.01.2025).
Köferstein-Moritz is currently responsible for Human Resources at Saalemaxx and is supporting Susan Zetzmann as a consultant. In future, the qualified social business economist will take over the operational management on site. Alexander Stemplewitz has been responsible for the municipal companies of the city of Rudolstadt as an investment manager for five years and will be the commercial manager and co-managing director of the Saalemaxx.
“We have a committed and motivated team at the Saalemaxx. We want to continue to develop our water park together in the coming years and provide our visitors with many wonderful moments,” say the designated managing directors. The new dual leadership will start on July 1, “so we still have enough lead time for an orderly handover of the business,” highlights Zetzmann, who is pleased with the decision of the municipal committees. ■
